The course covers foundational cultural frameworks like Hofstede’s dimensions, practical feedback strategies, virtual meeting best practices, and trust-building across diverse cultures.

The Challenge
Working on a global team presents unique challenges, as team members often bring diverse communication styles, approaches to time management, leadership expectations, task delegation preferences, and feedback practices. Without a clear understanding of these cultural differences, misunderstandings and frustration can arise—ultimately impacting team cohesion, productivity, and trust.

The Solution
This course delivers a practical, engaging learning experience that builds cultural awareness and communication skills for global teams. Using Articulate Rise 360, I designed interactive modules that blend foundational theory—like Hofstede’s cultural dimensions—with real-world strategies for feedback, trust-building, and virtual collaboration. To keep learners engaged, the course includes a variety of interactive elements such as multiple choice quizzes, matching exercises, accordion and tab activities, sorting tasks, flashcard grids, and Vyond videos presenting realistic scenarios. These elements ensure the content is both immersive and applicable to real-world team dynamics.
Results
